2020 is a challenging year for global communities due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is unusual for HMN Tech as well due to equity transaction. In the last November, Huawei Marine has been rebranded as HMN Tech and employed new logo. The refreshing logo remains HMN Tech commitment to developing latest technologies, meeting customer’s demands, and completing project’s delivery with high-quality.
In the last 12 months, HMN Tech has obtained 9 new contracts, has completed 5 projects’ delivery and is delivering 9 systems, travelling through Asia, Africa, Europe, South America, South Pacific and so forth. HMN Tech is sincerely appreciated for all efforts our customers have made and supports our customers have given in the last years. Under the pandemic, Maldives Sri Lanka Cable system is Ready for Service within 10 months, timely providing abundant capacity for the customers and largely improving regional diversity. PEACE system, connecting Asia, Africa and Europe, has completed factory acceptance tests of equipment and materials, and its Mediterranean segment has completed fleet cable loading ready for installation there.
HMN Tech has always been focusing on innovations in technology, products and their applications. 16 Fiber Pairs SDM system, Hainan to Hongkong Express (H2HE) had completed factory acceptance tests of all equipment, is to jump into the sea, remarking the very FIRST one in the industry worldwide. HMN Tech has also successfully trialed Open Cable Access Equipment (OCAE) on-work in a system in Southeast Asia, resulting an excellent performance. Open Cable system and the matured equipment provided by HMN Tech bring business flexibility and freedom to all customers, selecting best transmission equipment and reducing upgrades costs. In aspects of power feeding, HMN Tech pushes the industry limitation, and offers 18kV high-integration feed, offering more choices for the industry and leading a voyage for ultra-long and high-fiber-count system power feeding.
